It is an intrinsic part of our service to assess the work via our Quality Assurance Manual. This is how we manage to maintain an assertive superiority in our working outcomes.
At L & G we have a range of staff that can provide a multi-pronged approach to the project and therefore achieve an exceptional level for the objectives. We have qualified Mechanical Engineers, Energy Efficiency Engineers, Control System & Software Engineers, Project Managers, Service Technicians, Service Managers, Plumbers, Sheet Metal Workers, Welders, Refrigeration Mechanics and Electricians.
The diversity in our team is what facilitates our seamless operation of the project from conceptual design to feasibility, planning, procurement and final commissioning. We take the project beyond completion with our capabilities in further reporting, measurement and verification and running the project through our tailored Quality Assurance Program.
We manage large and small projects concurrently, within strict timeframes. Most of the projects are complex energy system upgrades which are sensitive to all stake holders involved. So we understand the importance of liaising between all the involved parties to achieve the best outcome with minimal setbacks and within an acceptable time frame.
L & G Airconditioning & Mechanical Services has been operating in the heating and ventilation, air-conditioning, process pipe work installation and plant and equipment installation fields in Victoria since 2004. The company’s staff includes qualified mechanical engineers, project managers, plumbers, sheet metal workers, welders, refrigeration mechanics and electricians. We have direct access to numerous quality sheet metal manufacturers for the specialized manufacture of stainless steel hoods, canopies, benches, sheet metal ductwork and pipe work, etc.
L & G Airconditioning & (Grant Drake) is a licensed plumber with the Plumbing Industry Commission (PIC); he is also a licensed gas fitter with Energy Safe Victoria (ESV).
L & G Airconditioning & Mechanical Services are a member of Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors’ Association of Australia (AMCA) providing information and support in the mechanical services field Australia wide.
Grant Drake is the sole director of L & G Airconditioning & Mechanical Services, he has been working in the mechanical Services industry since 1988 (26 years). In this time Grant has worked his way up from an apprentice plumber to a contracts manager at a large mechanical services company in Victoria and NSW. He was project manager at Freshwater Place Residential tower in south bank, Project Manager for CSL Broadmeadows, Project manager for CSL Parkville, Contracts manager for Merck Sharp & Dohme (NSW) and Contracts Manager for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals (NSW) to name a few.
Grant prides himself on maintaining long term relationships with clients who have used our services and have decided to upkeep the working relationship beyond the original project. With his experience and his understanding of the client’s needs Grant has delivered on complicated projects within very strict timeframes, while up keeping the delivery standards on quality.
